overdued tickets

I create tickets 5 day ago with SLA 2days and and DueDate = 01-10-2014

I post a message to my client 1 day ago.
Why this ticket is showed as Overdue ?

I think:

if no deadline has passed (Due Date), and at the same time since the last message is not passed the number of days specified in the SLA, so as for me it is not overdued Ticket. 

The DueDate is set and has not passed and I constantly comunicate with clients (SLA 2 days)
