[resolved] Question about log data for staff login/logout time

Dear All,

I am using osTicket v1.9.4-RC2, and have a question about log data.

I want to keep track the staff (agent) every login time & logout time daily, weekly or monthly.  May I know if there is any existing database table to store the staff (agent) every login time & logout time?

Will this feature provide in the near future if it is not available in the current version? 
And is there any workaround solution on this requirement?

  • Just switch the log level in the settings to the "debug" level and look at the log afterwards ;)
  • @Chefkeks is correct.
    Change the Defaul Log Level at Admin panel -> Settings -> Default Log Level.
    (If you want to keep this eternally you should also set Purge Logs to never).

    Then you will be able to see staff in:
    Admin panel -> Dashboard -> System Logs.

    Note: this will is going forward and is not retroactive.  This information is not stored otherwise.

    Q: Will this feature provide in the near future if it is not available in the current version?
    A: a set staff activity log is not in the roadmap as far as I a aware.
