Issue in ticket access for agent.

Hello All,

Is there any way to assign multiple department/group to single agent.
Please see the attachment file for my scenario.

Any help would be appreciated.

    You should be able to assign the group and primary department at Admin panel -> Staff -> STAFFNAME.
    Then you can go to Admin panel -> Staff -> Groups -> GROUPNAME and select which departments they have access to.  If this does not work then you are using a version other than 1.9.3.
