Manager Alerts to Staff Replies
I'm using v1.9.3. I would like to send an email alert to the department manager when a staff member reply to a clients ticket. I had a look at the "Alerts & Notices" and the "New Message Alert" only applies to incoming messages but not outgoing staff reply.
Is there a way to do this?
Any help would be hugely appreciated.
