New Ticket Prompted By Phone Call
I'm guessing this is not a current feature, just wondering if anyone had looked into it or knew if it were possible. We use SIP VoIP phones. I have a program that will give me an on screen (on my computer) notification of an incoming call. I can even have it search outlook for an existing contact based on the caller ID. I'm wondering if there has been anything written yet that I could use to trigger osTicket to open a new ticket when the call comes in.
