If I am right, this is not possible with the UI currently.My suggestion would be:Create an external script (cronjob / scheduled task) which modifies the database directly instead of modifying the osticket source - so that when newer osTicket versions are released, you can still simply upgrade, since you do not need to modify the files over and over again first ;) All you need to do is to test the script prior to an upgrade. And please, make a clone / copy of your live system for testing / developing or set up a new test instance of osTicket.
