Hi guys.I have a dude, that is killing me. Exist a super admin user?Suppose that I am the site administrator, and I am also a member of the support group. If I disable the option to close tickets for that group, I can not close them. But if I change my own group, such as group sales, I can close the support group tickets. This solution causes not receive the mail, when a member of staff generates a new response on the ticket, unless the person add me as a collaborator. If I remember correctly, in previous versions like 1.6, the administrator could see all the activities that were generated.Canned responses.whe i try to change the canned responses "/Canned.php", i receive this error: (the file is there)Not Found
The requested URL /upload/SCP/Canned.php was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found
error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
