Ticket Status - Modification between 1.9.4RC1 > 1.9.4RC4
I saw in the 1.9.4.RC1 that the status list was bigger. We had in the DB more values as "Resolved"...
In the latest release candidate 4, "Resolved" disappears. In this topic you talked about that Status list
Did you mean that we will be able to add more status by the web gui? Or if I want to add status, I have to do that directly in the DB?
