I get an access denied error when I try to log in as the admin account immediately after I've installed osTicket 1.9.3. I'm using Server 2008 R2, IIS 7.5, PHP5.3, PHPManagerforIIS 1.2, and MariaDB 5.5.37.Installation went smoothly without any issues. I'm using https://localhost/support to access the site to finish the configuration.I have looked at the ost_staff table and the account is there. I've reset the password with UPDATE `ost_staff` SET `passwd` ='21232f297a57a5a743894a0e4a801fc3' WHERE `ost_staff`.`staff_id` =1 LIMIT 1;and then tried to log in as well with a new password of admin, and I still get access denied.I do not see any errors in the iis log. I've used both chrome and IE, and both get Access Denied. In the ost_syslog table there are a couple of error entries for excessive login attempts for the admin account. I have not logged in with the wrong password at any time, however.Thanks for any help, at a loss for what to do next.
