1.7 Mailfetch script doesn't fetch emails from all mailboxes

I've been running osticket 1.7 without issues for over a year. Yesterday I added 8 more email queues that are being fetched with pop3. For some reason one of the mailboxes is not being emptied when the cronjob is executed. If I run the PHP mailfetch script manually a couple of times it works.

It looks like it's the last email queue in the list if I sort by created date that is affected. Does anyone know what could be causing this?

  • Sorry I have no idea.
    I would state that 1.7 is really old at this point and you may want to consider upgrading to 1.9.x.
