wish to use smtp rather than php mail funtion but there is no other

Then you will have more choices.Q: 1. if we change login logo and ost-logo will that effect on software?A: It will display the logo's that you put in place. :) Which in this case is of course the desired effect. install, after that when we have accessed first time, when we tried to
open ticket, a pop up appear where we had to give user information, but
later we have used virtualhosting and used abc.domain.tld to access

Unless you are open the ticket via email, then each CC is added as Collaborator.Q: It is possible to send user mail and mail to department while opening ticket?A: Yes. User emails are controlled at: Admin panel -> Autoresponder. Under New Ticket ensure that its ticked.Staff emails are controlled at: Admin panel -> Settings -> Alerts and Notices. Under New Ticket Alert tick "Department Members".Q: also internal massage to department with mail? A: If only email could come with massages ... but then I guess that would put a bunch of companies out of business and kill the Massage Therapy market.
