This is my first posting in this group and my issue is little strange. My Setup====osTicket Version v1.9.3 (bba9ccc)Server Software Apache/2.4.9 (Win64) PHP/5.5.12PHP Version 5.5.12MySQL Version 5.6.17PHP Extensions gdlib Used for image manipulation and PDF printing imap Used for email fetching xml XML API xml-dom Used for HTML email processing json Improves performance creating and processing JSON gettext Improves performance for non US-English configurations mbstring Highly recommended for non western european language content phar Highly recommended for plugins and language packsPHP Settings cgi.fix_pathinfo = "1" is recommended if AJAX is not working====After ost installation, I can create new tickets using the "Sign in" option and entering my LDAP user name and password. Same way I can add new support staff under "Add New Staff" by just entering their emp ID and I see a drop down list and on clicking the data populates all the fields.1. In the welcome email the staff cannot login2. After creating the ticket, (on over due email as well) an email is triggered to the support staff and (like http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/osTicket/upload/scp/tickets.php?id=4) and on clicking, I am seeing the login screen like the admin login. Staff entered their LDAP user name and password and on clicking it says access denied. 3. Same case with the main login page and selecting "I am an Agent"4. if the keep on trying the user name locked in the system. That mean the system is passing the wrong value to the AD.I am not sure how in one place I am able to login properly using LDAP and NOT in another. I presume my LDAP setup is correct because I can login from the "Sign in" screen, select user and add as staff etc.Could someone please give me some pointers. There are some similar issues but cannot see the solution. RegardsDominic
