For Admin panel -> Emails, I have added one new email address.
For Admin panel -> Settings -> Emails, I have enable the 'POP/IMAP polling' and 'poll on auto-cron'.
I'm using osTicket v1.8.1.2. I am still facing problem to include the reply via email in ticket thread. It does not show the reply via email in ticket thread. Please advice me.
