I am using OS ticket V1.9.4-RC5. I want to add custom column in
tickets page.(Open, Closed and My Tickets). But I am unable to find
which file to edit. I can edit columns in User page but not in tickets
page.
This is currently no possible. But the developers plan to integrate this feature in a future release of osTicket (no ETA)
If you are willing to edit your core files (I do not recommend it for most) you could read and follow this forum posts which should point you in the right direction:http://forum.osticket.com/d/discussion//a-better-ticket-list@[deleted] is correct though that this is not something that you can achieve via the ui at this time.
