I would like to suggest the addition of a field in each user's account named "First Name in Vocative" (and possibly a second field: "Last Name in Vocative")The reason for that is that in some languages, as in Greek, a First (and a Last) Name is not formed identically at nominative and vocative (during name conjugation). So, since osTicket uses the First Name in many communications, like "Dear <First Name>", in those languages, the First Name is used in the wrong way, because the vocative should be used, which is not available to the system. Hence, the expression "Dear <First Name>" sounds wrong and awkward. Translators cannot handle this easily either, because the translation system (crowdin) does not allow the elimination of the <First Name> field entirely in such communications (in stock mail/page templates). It's a pity to not be able to address a user with his/her own name correctly, because the system does not know what vocative type should use.
