I'm using the hosted version via SupportSystem - logs don't seem to be available as nothing populates from the Admin/Dashboard/Logs button.I enter edits to a user and click "Update" and in return I get the "Loading..." notification which never completes. Requires me to click "Cancel" to exit the screen but no changes are saved.Thanks
Have you tried their Contact form, phone number, toll free number, or emails from their site?http://supportsystem.com/contact
