Adding attachments in agent reply.

I upgraded my OSTicket to the new version 1.9.4.
Everything was working well.

But I verified a problem when an agent is posting a reply. Attachments are not working. I tried dragging files to ticket or choosing one using Windows API, and the files simply didn't appear in the ticket nor in the email sent to the customer.

Some ideas?

  • I'm not sure what to tell you as this works fine in my installation.
    You should check your attachment settings in osT and php.
  • I notice a new clue. 
    I can't attach only files with some extensions. Like .CFG for example.
    Even inside a zip file this files aren't attached.
    Only when I rename it to .txt for example that I may attach it...
  • Admin panel -> Settings -> Tickets -> scroll down to Attachment settings, click config -> What are your settings?
