You haven't really given us any information about your setup (except that you are running some version of osTicket and some version of Exchange). Please help us to help you by reading and following the posting

"only thing is it is not able to create ticket when the mail arrives."1. Have you built a recieve connector for your web server in Exchange?2. Have you checked your mail servers logs to see what is happening when osT tries to connect to Exchange?3. Have you checked your osT logs to see whats being logged?
