[resolved] Open status on staff side

Hi,

I've searched this forum and could find the help I need, but my problem is all sources are outdated. 

I would like to see Ticket status at staff panel. Could someone give me some working link or code please.

Any help would be really appreciated, thanks!

  • I mean status to see if customer has sent a reply, thanks!
  • Staff side the ticket number is bold if there is a client response.  There is also generally (#) after the subject.

    Did you noticed the solution given by ntozier?
