It would be great if I can change or add custom User Fields in Ticket Details (on Ticket Form).
This is already possible.Just add them here:Admin Panel -> Manage -> Forms -> Ticket details
ok .. i can add fields to the user-form.. however , this does NOT affect the form shown in a ticket.
i just see a standaard layout in a ticket ... Status, prio , department, createdate assigned to , SLA and due date on the leftanduser , email , phone source , help topic last message and lasr response on the right.That form i want to change.
custom client fields are displayed... on the client when you view the client.It's not ticket details... viewing a ticket well that would be ticket details.
That would be great is the ticket details can be changed of some new fields can be added to that screen

Hmmm .. i have some extra fields witch are infact not showing in the client view.screen -> /scp/users.php?id=XXI only see the client extra details on editing the client
fields with no data are not displayed.
Ah . come on ... please don't reply if you don't know the awnser. Instead ask me if im willing to provide a screenshot. The fields are filled... however NOT displayed in /scp/users.php?id=XX
You wouldn't go to the Doctors office and say "Hey doc fix me" with out providing a list of symptoms.You wouldn't take your car to the mechanic and say "I think something is wrong" with out detailing a list of issues or symptoms.Why do you feel that this is any different? I do not feel that I should have to beg you for information to solve your problem. You can either read the posting guidelines (which have been provided to you multiple times at this point across your multiple threads) and provide more detailed information (which yes should probably include screen shots) or you can receive very simple incomplete responses based on the information provided. You want more than that? Then perhaps you should consider getting Commercial Support. Custom fields are NOT displayed on that screen . However if you click on the client, or mouse over the client you will find the fields you are looking for are there.

Again ... on opening screen /scp/users.php?id=XXi see the client's file (dossier) and a list of the client' s tickets. In this field i realy want to see some custom fields. The screen witch are you talking about is whenever you click on the name in that screen (This means editing the client). There i see some custom fields

ntozier :The way you got the the custom fields i see and understand but thats not the screen i mean.We are talking about two different screens here. Please compare your screenshot with My screenshot. i got to my screen by opening the userlist -> CLICK on a user name (not hovover over it) . Thats the screen im talking about,
