Ok, now I better understand and have the "problem" here to.The results show open and closed tickets. In my search here, the date for the closed tickets shown in the search results is the date when the ticket got closed and that is outside the date range. But the time at which the ticket was opened is in the date range. So for tickets who are open, it shows the "open" date in the results. For tickets who are already closed, it takes the "open" date, but in search results "date" column it shows the "closed" date, which is maybe out of the date range and so the results appear to be wrong. Or if a ticket got a response from an end user, in the date column the "response" date is set, but for the search the "create"/"open" date of the ticket is still used.Definitely confusing, but I am going to point that issue out to the developers, so they can improve it to avoid confusions.Hope you understand ;)
