/AgreeEspecially when you like to do multiple actions it's somehow stupid that you are redirected to the ticket queue page.My suggestion would be:Under "My Preferences" add an option so that every agent can easily select his/her personal default behaviour, e.g. a dropdown list with some, e.g. options "Stay on the ticket detail page" and "Go to ticket queue".Maybe there could even be more options like "Go to the next ticket assigned to me" or "Go to the next unassigned ticket" and so on.
