Hi @[deleted] , I am having the similar scenario here as well.
I want to create a ticket rule for the ticket that is submitted through email. The submitted ticket through email will end up with empty help topic. So, I want to reject the ticket that is submitted through email and send an auto-response email to the user. Is that possible?
How am I going to set for the ticket rule in Ticket Filter?
Example rule:
Help Topic ID -> Does not contain/Equals -> ??? (What should I put here)
