I would try with the following approach:
- Make several help topics (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, etc.)
- Create a custom form and attach it to every help topic. The custom form should contain several fields with custom lists:
- A Time list (7, 7, ... 7) used for fields "time in" and "time out", start time of action 1, end time of action 1
- A task list or a field to enter the task by hand
Unfortunately I am not at the computer right now and instead reply with the phone, so can't quickly show you a mockup of how I would do it, but I hope you understand what my idea is ;)
