I am trying to finish my set up. I can't find where to modify the message that is sent to the respondent. Here is what it says
A request for support has been created and assigned ticket #114. A representative will follow-up with you as soon as possible.

But I need to remove that upload from the Ticket Progress because we don't have the upload section anymore.
ANY HELP PLEASE??
