Hello,I've custom forms associated to help topics. When the staff edit the tickets they must enter data based on those forms ...but unfortunately they donĀ“t appear in the edit ticket page! Why does that occur?! can anyone give me a hint?!Thanks
view ticket.click more.click manage forms.add the form you want to add to the ticket.

I am facing another problem!!! when the ticket is coming via email when i try to edit it .. the custom form is not avaliable ... but if the ticket is made via www the custom form is avaliable!! can someone explain to me why does that occur??? Thanks
