Dear osTicket support and community,recently I've set up a larger deployment of osTicket in my company. It will be used by multiple departments and runs on our local server backend. I'm on the latest version currently. Everything went pretty smooth, however there are two problems left where I couldn't help myself.1) In the email template for responses and replies, the variable %{message} doesn't work, it only displays the variable itself but not the value behind it. Using other variables like %{response} work in the same template though.2) Another problems exists with internal alerts. I have a couple of departments and even though I've set up separate email addresses for my alerts, they always go out from the department which is set as primary. The tickets still route to the correct department, but I can't have the alerts to be send out from the email address of the corresponding department.I hope someone can help me here, thank you all very much in advance!
