Hello,I've been using OsTicket (self-hosted) for a few weeks without facing any issues. I only had the issue I'm going to talk about 3 or 4 times so I didn't worry too much about it. But now, it's permanent and it's a big problem because my server is blacklisted by spam filters. The problem is that OsTicket seems to change the content of the email and then send weird characters. Let me show an example of an email sent by my OsTicket. This is an auto-reply response:>

Emails are sent with smtp.I try the diagnostic function and it's the same. I write a simple test text and it's converted in characters like these ones.Main issue is that my server is now blacklisted (spamhaus.org for example) so it's hard to test. I can see the result thanks to the Mail delivery failed warning I get (in the copy of the message field).I really don't know where to look at...Would you have any idea of why my OsTicket is replacing mail content with all thoses weird characters?Any help please? What kind of test could I make to find where the issue come from?My infos:OsTicket version: v1.9.4 (c18eac4)LiteSpeedMySQL: 5.5.40PhP: 5.4.35
