I think the following happened:You tried to upgrade some time ago and the upgrade failed at some point. But some of the upgrade scripts were applied though and these are now already done, so that a new upgrade now fails since some actions were already done.So when you see "rename table 'osti_page' to 'osti_content' - Table 'osti_content' already exists" I guess that the table is already existing and you would have to delete it and re-try the upgrade. But, as always, make a complete backup (database and also osTicket installation directory) first ;)I ran into a similar issue some time ago when I upgraded my osTicket. Usually when there is an error, the upgrader stops. You then should note down the error, roll back you backup, resolve the error (e.g. delete a table that is already existing, so the upgrader can create it) and try again. You may then receive the next error message, but just solve it in the same way: Note down the error #2, roll back your backup, resolve the error #2 and also the previous error #1 (don't forget ;) ) and try again to upgrade. I know it can take some time, especially when there are a lot of errors, but in the end, you should be able to succeed and have your osTicket upgraded to the latest version.
