I had this issue before and upgraded to 1.9.4 and thought it was fixed however NEW tickets since upgrade continue to exibit the same behaviour but older tickets that were upgraded from 1.8 can reply no problem.I have requested Apache and PHP logs from host but wanted to make sure there isn't something missing. original issue posted in 1.8 forums. When replying to a ticket in the POST REPLY window when you submit the reply the window takes you to the main page. when you log back into the ticket the Reply is still there in the post reply dialogue box but its not updated the ticket.If you add it as an internal note it updates the ticket but obviously the customer does not get a reply.This happens on Multiple browsewrs Chrome, IE11 and even on the IPad (safari and chrome), on Windows 7, 8.1 and IOS and the text in the post reply dialogue box is always there no matter what computer, browser device i use so it is being stored in the DB or OSticket. osTicket Version v1.9.4 (c18eac4) Web Server Software Apache mod_fcgid/2.3.10-dev MySQL Version 5.5.32 PHP Version 5.4.34
