mail attachment is not working


I have a problem with attachments option. I am able to receive all attachments like .pdf,.csv etc.. but the mail attachment is not working. I am sending mail from outlook with mail attachment, I am not able to receive the mail attachment in the support ticket system. I added .msg,.doc,.html in "Accepted File Types" of attachments section but it's not working.
Could you pls help me.
