Hi Michael,Thanks a lot for your help! I managed to create a new organization, and add several users into this organization. I then checked the following box on setting of the organization:Organization Members: Add to all tickets from this organizationIt worked well! Any user in this organization can view tickets submitted by the organization members after login.A few more side notes:1) Users can only see New tickets by other members after the organization is set up and the user is added to the organization.2) If you want to see old messages from other members, you can. What I did is to insert the corresponding records into table ost_ticket_collaborator.This setup works pretty well, even though it is not exactly what I initially wanted, since the dashboard graphs and statistics are still not available. But this at least partially meet my needs for users to see tickets from the same domain.I understand the dashboard is being revamped. I really hope it can support the organization view as well. Meanwhile, I will try to play around to see if I can make that happen. If I have any progress, I will share with everyone.Again, thank you very much for your suggestions!
