Hi All,We are having an issue with 1.9.4 where we will have a customer open a ticket, we reply, the customer replies (and repeat) and then for some reason a totally unrelated email will be tagged on to the ticket for a totally different customer.That unrelated email will also be created as a new ticket (or added to an existing ticket if one exists)It doesn't happen with every ticket and so far I have not been able to find any common factors (our order numbers are different to ticket numbers)Anyone able to advise what might be causing this?
