Hi,when inserting a url in a ticket answer like e.g. "http://www.domain.com" it is parsed by osticket (1.8.1.2.) to something likehttp://www.ourdomain.de/ourfolder/scp/l.php?url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.domain.com%2F&auth=70bcc024824979e7d179a145bb723809Customers which are not logged in can't use the link in their e-mail - they get a osTicket-frontend-window which asks them to login. We do not use the frontend of osticket, so not one of our customers has a login. What can we do to get functional links in emails we send to customers?thx michael
