but there was no fix offered.
Im having the same problem, Ive changed some of the info in the email-templates area, and now cannot use custom templates, can only use 'osTicket default template'. If I select 'Select Default Template' on the settings-preferences screen, I then get an email to the alert mailbox saying 'Problems fetching response template for ticket #xxx Possible Config Error whenever an email is sent to the mailbox osticket is popping.
