Hello everyone,
I would like to add to functions to the Admin Action panel on the view ticket page. There are two fields that I have added to my ticket table: Findings and Resolution. I want to add "Submit Findings" and "Submit Resolution" to the list of items in the Admin Action Panel.
Similar to the Change Priority option, when each is a selected, a previously grayed dropdown list will become usable for each option. In the list will be a predetermined list of Findings or Resolutions.
When a finding is selected, and then the user clicks on GO, it should write the selected finding to the ost_ticket table (in the "findings" field). The same if a resolution is selected, it should write the resolution to the ost_ticket table (in the "resolution" field).
I have tried a few things, but cannot get the form to do anything when I click on GO. Any help would be appreciated. TIA.
