We're running 2 departments off of one installation - sales and support and are using email piping.
By default the department is support but I'd also like sales@company.com to create a ticket with sales as the department automatically. I'm not opposed to modifying pipe.php or automail.php if necessary and I know how to direct the separate email addresses to a second copy (e.g. pipe2.php etc.) if necessary.
Any ideas how to choose the department with another method than just using the default from those scripts? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
