Hello - I am doing the exact thing for our 1.6 - but I cannot seem to get it working.
Here is what I set up in tickets.inc.php
Find this code
<th width="180" >From</th>
and then add
<th width="180" >Assigned</th>
then find this code
<td nowrap><?=Format:($row,22,strpos($row,'@')) ?> </td>
And then add my query and display query
<td><?
if($flag) {
$query = "SELECT ost_ticket.ticket_id, ost_ticket.staff_id, ost_staff.firstname, ost_staff.lastname ".
"FROM ost_ticket, ost_staff ".
"WHERE ost_ticket.staff_id = ost_staff.staff_id";
$result = mysql_query($query) or die(mysql_error());
// Print out the contents of each row into a table
$row = mysql_fetch_array($result);
echo $row." ". $row;
echo "<br />";
}
?>
</td>
At this point I know what the problem is. When I don't use a loop - as demonstrated in the code above - I get only the last assignee. If I use a 'While' statement - I get every assignee listed in each cell. Highly Annoying.
Does anyone have advice on a better way to do this? I am still learning how to use the DB and appreciate any advice. Thanks.
