I need HELP with EASY language, easy to undertand...
My osTicket is NOT WORKING FINE
1. osTicket sends emails with WRONG CHARACTER IN THE TITLE when the client write using PORTUGUESE language like "atenção", "pôr", "créu", etc...
How do I fix that?
2. I figured out that osTickets needs 2 emails at least to set up the admin panel/settings, one for admin settings and another for user department. Because it, i'm not undertand HOW TO CONFIGURE PIPE/CRON. Which ones should I use?
3. I WANT that when a CLIENT send any contact email to SUPPORT@MYDOMAIN.COM where the title is like "Hello, I need support from you guys", so I want that this kind of email BE automatically redirected/turned A NEW TICKET into osTicket. Then I have to CREATE a CRON and PIPE, Am I sure? Which ones should I use for CRON?

In order to create an API Key, which kind of IP should I use? 127.0.0.1 or the IP from my hosting server? (I have a shared hosting)
4. To create PIPE, i'm using:

Is it correct?
What does "fetch emails" means? [ "Enable POP/IMAP email fetch (Global setting which can be disabled at email level)"
If I enable it, what will happen?
* PS: I'm using POP Email. I'm not using PHP mail function.. Which ones is better?
5. The osTicket DOES NOT WORK when I try to append my signature. I already configured the signature in department/user area. Why the signature does not appear when I select "My signature" or "Dept signature" when I answer the ticket?
Can anybody help with these questions?
