Replying ticket threads via gmail

Hi guys. I am having the following issue.

When clients with open tickets reply by email, the update is not being logged in the ticket thread, but instead are sent to admin email.

I need the client responses to be logged in the ticket thread itself when the client responds by email.

Is there any solution?

  • 1. Make sure you're using the latest build of 1.7 (it is still being developed)
    2. If the issue has not been fixed go to the github page and raise it as an issue (search to make sure the issue isn't already there)
