Toggle Ticket View

I have a user that has access to two department tickets. Is there a way to toggle the view of tickets between the two departments instead of all tickets from both departments showing on the screen?


  • Not currently.

    Well you could give them two separate accounts.

    There might be a way to do this once the Custom Queues feature is released, but that time is not now.

  • At least I know there is no feature like it. Otherwise I would have kept looking for it and not have a definitive answer for the user. Thanks again for your help.
