In version 1.9.4 the ability to create our own statuses were introduced, and this works great!
But I have a question if there is a ways to create searches for the basic status "open" or "closed". Ex. we have to "open" statuses called "pending answer from user" and "solution test". This to easier track the ticket process. To find the "open" tickets I have to perform a search for each individual status as I know.
Or is it possible to search for all open tickets regardless of the configured statuses in the status list?.
