If you are: nevermind.
If you are running on linux my advice would be:
Don't even bother to get any of the various php-mailer fixes to work. Set up postfix on your linux box instead. This way osticket doesn't have to bother about getting emails out of the door. It just has to pass them to your system and postfix handels the rest. Postfix is VERY well documented. Took me about 7 minutes to set up.
Before that I spent days trying to get osticket to send emails to the outside world by means of different php-mailing scripts.
Just my 2 cents...
diepage, i have installed postfix, and still nothing
can you provide me with the details of your setup?
