Hi,using OsTicket to receive all incoming mail to an emailadress, where we then replies from the system. We do not use the client-page feature. My question is, earlier I have resolved this request by default check the close on reply radiobox: } elseif($thisstaff->canCloseTickets()) { ?> <label><input type="checkbox" name="reply_ticket_status" id="reply_ticket_status" value="Closed" checked="checked" <?php echo $statusChecked; ?>> Close on Reply</label>But now after custom ticket status arrived, I cannot understand how to make the ticket change status to Closed when we replies.I think I'm onto something here, this yellow outlined below, is this where the current ticket status is been set. <select name="reply_status_id"> <?php $statusId = $info ?: $ticket->getStatusId(); $states = array('open'); if ($thisstaff->canCloseTickets()) $states = array_merge($states, array('closed')); foreach (TicketStatusList:( array('states' => $states)) as $s) { if (!$s->isEnabled()) continue; $selected = ($statusId == $s->getId()); echo sprintf('<option value="%d" %s>%s%s</option>', $s->getId(), $selected ? 'selected="selected"' : '', __($s->getName()), $selected ? (' ('.__('current').')') : '' ); } ?> </select>I tried to change the sequence in phpmyadmin under table from 3 on Closed to 1 and Open from 1 to 3 but all this did was change the sorting in the dropdown-list, current status is still default listed.Any help is appreciated
