Few ours ago I've changed help desk URL from http://localhost/support/
to http://10.128.60.50/support and
as well as set LDAP authentication. Before changing this “Ticket Assignment Alert” worked fine
and after changing above settings I've got noticed assignment alerts not
working. Please help me on this.
I have restarted MYSQL, APACHE, TOMCAT services in my XAMPP
server several times but result is same.
