Auto Response Of Every Ticket

Hello ,

I have installed osticket 1.9.3 on centos and we are trying to integrate SMS Gateway with ticket system but our problem is when ever any ticket created by staff system auto reply that ticket  "Ticket created by staff " , So is there any way to disable this system auto reply on every ticket..

  • Not at the UI.

    You will have to modify the source code to achieve it or add some kind of filter on the gateway before the SMS goes out.
  • Additionally You can turn on and off auto messages at: ADmin panel -> Settings -> Alerts and Notices.
