using OSticket 1.9.5.1, when we try to edit the owner of the ticket by selecting change user on update ticket dialogue, the search function that looks for users is not operating. When I type an email address or name that exists in the users list, the list of users that should come up does not. Tried this on Chrome (Version 40.0.2214.91 m) and IE (11.0.96) on Windows 7 64 bit laptop. When I try this operation using supportsystem on the cloud trial account I have, the search for users do display valid names.
