Custom Field popup

Hi,

Is it possible to show a specific field during the add of e.g. an emerency ticket do define a prio. (1.,2 or 3)
But this extra field should only popup when an emergency help  topic is selected.

  • Not really.  But if you have a help topic that is "emergency" then you can set the Priority to a specified level in the help topic itself.
