I'd like to know, if there is a possibility to schedule a ticket?
What I want to do is:
- There is an open ticket- I phone the person that has created the ticket to know a litte bit more about his problem.- I get the information that the person is back in office monday in 8 days.- I want to "pause" the ticket until monday in 8 days.
