Hi All, I am using osTicket version 1.9.5.1. I have a situation here. Let's say an agent has resolved a ticket and changed the ticket status to Resolved. After getting confirmation from the user that the ticket is completely resolved, the agent will change the ticket status to Closed. However, some users do not bother to confirm with agent whether the ticket is completely resolved.
Can I achieve something like if the ticket that is in Resolved state, the ticket status can be automatically changed to Closed after some time (perhaps 5 days) when the users do not give any confirmation to the agent?? Any idea on how to work this out? Thank you.
